Return Policy

If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us by email at info@ontarioresoles.ca with details.

The sale of all safety-related climbing equipment is final. This includes but is not limited to: helmets, harnesses, carabiners, slings, quickdraws, ropes, belay devices. Exceptions will be made for manufacturing defects, or errors on our behalf.

All sales of shoe inserts/deodorizers are final.

Defects & Warranty Claims
Items with manufacturing defects or errors, subject to our reasonable discretion and brought to our attention within 30 days of purchase, will be eligible for a return. If the issue was an error on our behalf, or a manufacturing defect, we will provide instructions to get the item back to us; if the item was shipped to you, we will provide a label for return shipping to us, at our expense.

Manufacturing defects and warranty claims brought to our attention beyond 30 days after purchase will be addressed individually based on the manufacturer’s warranty.

General Returns
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, or don’t like the fit of a clothing item or pair of climbing shoes, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in as-received condition (unworn and unwashed).

You will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with the return or exchange. All items for return or exchange must be shipped to us directly, or brought into our retail shop.

Please understand that environmental friendliness and social responsibility are part of our vision. Our products are sourced with this in mind, and have low profit margins as a result. For these reasons, we cannot offer cost-free returns/exchanges, and we hope that you will aid in our effort by carefully checking size charts and being sure of what you want before you commit to an order.

Local Pickup Orders
Local pickup orders which are not picked up within 30 days will be cancelled and refunded, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
