Social and Environmental Responsibility
To operate with a socially responsible business strategy, and to help preserve the wild outdoor spaces we love by offering a greener alternative to the replacement of worn climbing shoes.

Today is April 22: Earth Day. To celebrate this, we will be giving away a Free Half Resole to a lucky climber who contributes to a better planet.

Tag us and #reduceresolerecycle in a post on Facebook or Instagram that shows how you’re doing your part for the planet. We’ll keep the contest going for two weeks, until May 6th when we’ll draw and announce a winner.

Creativity is encouraged, but here are a couple ideas:

• Grab some trash at your local crag on the way out, or any outdoor space where trash doesn’t belong.
• Donate to an environmental fund or climbing access organization.
  If you post a screenshot, block out info that you don’t want public.
  • The Alpine Club of Canada’s Environment Fund
  • The Ontario Alliance of Climbers
  • Canada Helps (searchable database)

This contest is open to anyone in our current service area (Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island). You must tag @ontarioresoles and #reduceresolerecycle, and we must be able to see your post (private profiles can prevent this).
