Purchase a shipping label to get your shoes from you to us.
This is an optional method of obtaining a shipping label to send your shoes to us for resole. Return shipping from us to you will be separate.

We probably get better shipping rates than you (forgive the flex) and we want to pass them on. Orders of 10+ pairs get free return shipping!

How it works:

1. Submit your resole request
2. Pack up your shoes. Pack efficiently – if we see an unseasonably large box for the number of pairs we may cancel the order.
3. Measure your package.
4. Purchase this label and we’ll email you a shipping label addressed to us, from you. Most labels will be emailed out in 1 business day.
5. Print the emailed label and tape it to your package of shoes.
6. Drop the shoes off at the nearest dropoff location. We will be sending a UPS or Purolator shipping label. It will be your responsibility to find a dropoff location near you.

The Fine Print:

Until the shipment arrives to us, you remain responsible for package loss or damage. Pack your shipment carefully and obtain a proof of receipt from your dropoff location. In the event of any issues, we will do everything we can to help you recover your package.

These rates cover the vast majority of customers Canada-wide, but we do reserve the right to cancel orders for which our shipping label cost is unusually high – at our discretion. This is only likely in very remote/rural locations. In this event, we would reach out with the option of cancelling or price-adjusting the order. Cancellation would provide a full refund.
