Shipping Policy

Canada-Wide Shipping Rates

Shipping is FREE on orders with a subtotal over $99.99*, and $12.50 for orders under $99.99.

*Oversize/Overweight Orders

Oversize and/or overweight items are excepted from the flat-rate shipping policy and carry a higher shipping cost which will be displayed at checkout. For most of Canada, these charges will be accurately displayed upon checkout, however some shipping addresses (for example, rural) will require a custom quote. If any additional charges apply, you will be contacted for confirmation prior to shipping. If you are not satisfied with the shipping quote, you will be offered a full refund.

Delivery Time

Most orders ship same-day if placed before Noon EST/EDT. Once shipped, transit time depends on the carrier and shipping address.

*The vast majority of orders fall within this range, but rural addresses and external factors can extend the transit time.

Packing an Order with an Existing Resole Shipment

We will pack your gear order with your resoled shoes, shipping both to the same address when the shoes are finished.

This option is only available to those who have shoes in our shop for resole and have selected shipping for the return delivery method during the resole request. We cannot add gear orders to gym dropbox pickups.

This shipping method is free, with the exception of oversize/overweight items. Any shipping charges for the resole shipment still apply.

Lost or Stolen Shipments

In the event that you suspect your package may have been lost or stolen, please reach out to us with as much information as possible after checking the tracking info we have provided and reaching out to the package carrier. We will do our best to help you out on a case by case basis.

If your shipping address does not have a safe place for couriers to leave packages, or you are concerned about stolen packages, we strongly recommend that you select “Signature Required” for gear shop orders, and reach out by email for resole shipments.

If you would like your shipment to require a signature upon delivery, please contact us in advance.

Please note that high-value items and resole orders may be shipped with signature required at our discretion.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is free at the address below during our open hours, which are shown at the bottom of the webpage. You will be asked to confirm your name and order number during pickup.

You may have someone pick up your order for you by having them provide your name and order number.

Local pickup orders not picked up within 30 days will be cancelled and refunded, subject to a 20% fee.

Pre-Orders

We are happy to accept pre-orders. We can order almost any item from the manufacturers you see in our shop, just reach out to ask. Looking for something we don’t carry? Ask — we’re here for you.

When an item in our online shop is out of stock, our system allows you to pre-order it. This gives you first claim on the item when it comes back in stock. If your order contains a pre-ordered item, the order will ship together once the pre-ordered item is in stock.

Most pre-orders arrive to us in 2-3 weeks.

For certain items like those that are not regular stock, pre-orders will be final sale. In the event that this is the case, we will notify you by email and await confirmation. If you are not comfortable with the final sale nature of that item, you can cancel it then.
