A smoothly finished block of poplar equipped with an eye bolt for loading.

• Comes in 25 mm (1”) and 45 mm (1.75”) widths.

• Use just a single block, or stack multiple blocks to achieve varied pinch sizes.

• Attach weights with cord (or a sling) and a carabiner for pinch strength training — often forgotten.

• Bring to the crag or boulders to help with finger warm-up by wrapping a sling around your foot.

• Grab just the pinch block and use with your own gear, or save on the bundle below:
